Looking for a Roomate to share a Condo on the Beac

I am a professional sales woman seeking a roommate to share my beautiful beach condo! I work a ton and will be gone at lease one night a week if not more on weekends. I'm easy to get along with. Need someone who is clean, responsible and easy going. Balcony in livingroom has an ocean view. Close to shops and restaurants near Belmont Shores, Alamitos Beach and Downtown Long Beach. Also, near Long Beach City College and California State University. Need roommate to rent the second bedroom (Female Preferred). Condo is located on 4th floor of 7 story building. Room for rent is a private spacious bedroom (10x13) with large walk-In closet and bathroom (10x5). You will have access to living room and gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and inside laundry room. The $200 cost for utilities includes water, trash, parking, electric, internet/cable and paper products (i. e. paper towels and toilet paper). Condo has beach access and access to the community pool, spa, gym, recreation room, community sundeck and amazing sunset views. Parking space located under building. There is a cat that will be on premise and spends most of her time in the master bedroom. No other pets will be permitted.
