There are two bedrooms open in my 3 bdrm. 2 b Lakeview apartment on a quiet, safe street 5 mins. walk from grocery, fast food, busline with one retired female who does cleaning of shared spaces, one male who travels for work and one corgi for roommates. $850 per and month to month terms, $350 security deposit, pets are case by case basis and landlord requires a $350 non refundable pet deposit per. Lots of street parking, roommates like relaxing at home, cooking, listening to music and watching movies. Anyone civil, respectful, genuine, up front and kind is welcome.

*Couples are welcome; however, it's $200 more rent for two people for extra utilities. Also, if only staying one month, price may be a bit higher for carrying costs.
