This listing is for a temporary sublet/house sit. Looking for a short term subletter for a trial period with the potential for ongoing extension. Searching for the right person to care for my space while I am away on business/travel for most of the fall and winter, initially, with the possibility to take over the place in the future. Ideally someone with a green thumb who can also take on plant care while I am away, as well as being meticulously clean and can be trusted to keep the space in good shape. No smoking, no pets please. The house is a humble but spacious mother in law studio with artist loft styling, high ceilings and a large shared yard. There is also an attached deck for enjoying outdoor space amidst lots of outdoor plant life. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking, in the center of New Orleans. it’s a short drive to downtown, mid city, French quarter and St Charles Ave. Utilities are included in rent.
