Hey Y’all!

Looking to fill one private room in an uptown shotgun in Carrollton/Pigeon Town neighborhood (short walk to Oak Street and long walk/very short bike ride to Uptown Tulane campus). Roommate is local 34 year-old male with whom new tenant would share a bathroom. The home is mostly furnished aside from the open room, and house has a porch and a backyard perfect for outdoor activities. Washer and dryer in unit. Utilities are not included, but roughly average around $100 per month.

Roommate can be described as a very chill service industry worker who has a deep interest for music, history, and wine. He likes to keep and maintain a clean space (with lots of plants). New tenant must also be pet-friendly as roommate has a cool and very cute cat. Of note there is also a dog on the property (owned by other side’s tenants).

Financial/Lease details:
Rent is $650 per month, and we are looking to fill by December 1, 2026 at the latest with the possibility of before. Lease is for one year, with possibility following the year for month to month. Security deposit is first month’s rent ($650).
