Hey guys! Local queer house pursuing new housemates (two separate bedrooms available!) to split rent and utilities with us.

Rent is $625/month and a 1/4th share of the monthly utilities (water and internet are included until March 2027)

Both of the available private bedrooms are on the second floor of a duplex and share a bathroom and are very efficiently climate controlled and spacious. Natural lighting is abundant and your privacy is protected. House is located in Fontainebleau/Broadmoor area in a very quiet neighborhood right off Earhart. Easily accessible to public transit this home doesn’t require a car of its tenants. Neither I nor my other housemate have our own cars the public transit is THAT accessible.

My name is Olívar, I’m a performer and mezcalier, and my other housemate is Shinyy, a renfaire chainmail artist with an adorable (partially hypoallergenic) scaredy cat named Anubis. This is a non smoking house but we do have outside spaces for smoking.
