The house is being renovated. Numerous things are being addressed - including almost the entire backyard which is in rough shape. This means that there will be construction noise/debris, and use of certain areas may be temporarily unavailable. On the plus side, a lot of things are and will be brand new!

Perfect roomie would be single, responsible, cooperative, and respectful while being chill, open-minded, and non-judgemental.

We are an easy going group and occasionally share meals, swim and play games together such as video, board, cards etc. and we would love a roomie that wants to join us occasionally. 🙃

We prefer a clean, but comfortable house. If you're a slob or hate cleaning, this isn't your place. We’re not neat freaks, but you will be expected to clean up after yourself, be respectful, and help clean general areas as needed to maintain.

The cost of staple items (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) are shared.
