This is a large single family house in the Airline Park neighborhood located within walking distance of the awesome Lafreniere Park in Metairie and about 12 miles from the French Quarter in New Orleans. You will enjoy the following:

Extra Information

If you’re noise-sensitive or a very light sleeper, this will not be the place for you since we all have different schedules. It’s not excessively loud, but can be lively at times.

Currently males and females live here with an age range of 20’s thru 60’s.

No cigarette smoking in the house. Vaping is fine.

The bedroom is on the second floor so you must be in good enough physical condition to use a large set of stairs.

TYPE ROOMMATE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Perfect roomie would be responsible, cooperative, clean, upbeat, high vibing, with good hygiene, and respectful while being chill, open-minded, and non-judgemental.

We are an easy going group who work and occasionally we share meals, swim and play games together such as video, board, cards etc. and we would love a roomie that wants to join us occasionally. 🙃 Bonus points for Euchre players (😅 jk but that would be cool).

Very Important: We prefer a clean, but comfortable house. If you're a slob or hate cleaning, this isn't your place. We’re not neat freaks, but you will be expected to clean up after yourself, be respectful, and help clean general areas inside and out as needed to maintain.

The cost of staple items (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, paper towels, paper plates, napkins, tissues, etc.) are shared and are included so you don’t have to worry about it.
