2 Beds 1 Bath Apartment

Looking for a new tenant to take my place in a one year rental in Baton Rouge. Ideal for college students as it is only a 10 minute walk from LSU Campus! The apartment is two bedroom, 1 bath, and is shared with my roommate. We are ideally looking for a female roommate and preferably a college student, although the latter is not a requirement. My roommate has a cat who is good around people but not dogs, so because of this we cannot accept any dogs in the apartment. The lease can start as soon as needed and ends July 1st. The apartment is fully furnished, except for a bed frame for the one bedroom. The kitchen has a full array of appliances, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The balcony looks out onto the lakes so that is a plus!
