Seeking roommate for 3rd bedroom

We have a 3 bed apt, we are already approved and long term residents there, our roommate recently left and we need someone to take their place. Your rent would be 500, water and several others are included but power and internet are not. Costs about $90 a month to split that 3 ways. That is due the 15th, rent before / by the 1rst. So you get 2 weeks between bills. We have in unit laundry and we have most things a place needs (plates, basic tools, small appliances, table, etc)

I have a cat, we could allow another, my brother was going to get one but has not yet. Cats easy to hide so long as we make another get along with mine. She's older so she's real chill. Loves people.
I will vette you/ have to vibe with us.

We are pretty friendly and stick to ourselves mostly, keep the place pretty clean. All we ask is to help keep clean and respect our stuff, we will respect you. And we are lgbt friendly, we are young, educated/ intelligent, and pretty compassionate type of people. So we don't judge or mind people's background.

We would sometimes have guests over, so it's ok if you do too, but please not constant randoms. Anything else just ask. Pics show room as is, the furnished ones are just how it last looked with roommates things in it.
