Two roommates needed in Lake Beau Pre neighborhood

Looking for a roommate to move into a private room in a 3-bedroom house that is 5 min drive to LSU. There are two available rooms at the house, and both rooms already have a bed and frame (I can easily get rid of these if you already have a bed that you would like to use). The rooms both have closet space. Spacious backyard – great for relaxing or studying outdoors. Full kitchen, laundry on-site, fast WiFi. Quiet and clean environment. Living room area is also fully furnished but I'm willing to get rid of furniture if you plan on bringing some. Utilities split 3 ways are approximately $85 a month.
