Roommate wanted

I am wanting a reliable roommate to sign a new lease with me on a 2 bed 2 bath 1100 square foot apartment on the 2nd floor. You will have complete access to 1 bed 1 bath with walk in closet and we will share the living room, kitchen and a dining room that I have turned into an extra sitting area and a balcony which are all fully furnished ( your bedroom /bathroom & closet are unfurnished ) we have a salt water pool and gas grilling area, we have a cycle room, yoga room, boxing room and strength training room, and an on site store. We have 10 ft ceilings huge windows with lots of natural light. We have many beautiful trees and plants around the property. We are conveniently located by the Greenwood Mall, Kroger‘s Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. If you need to rent a garage the option is available otherwise there is free parking.
