Cheap Rent. Look forward to hearing from you

Hello everyone I like being as transparent as possible so if this situation doesn't suit you I completely understand. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with 2 bedrooms already being occupied so you're in the third and I made the living room my bedroom. Some things you should know off the bat your bedroom isn't the biggest and yes the TV has some damage on it. You're welcome to use my laundry room and my kitchen is very spacious. Bathroom was renovated so it has a modern feel. Heater recently broke but it's the hot season and A/C is solid. I already plan to get heat fixed when cold starts to come around. If needed I have a very nice heater in your room that can turn it into a sauna in 10 minutes.
I have a saying yes it's my house but it's our home. You should clock out from work and have a soothing feeling coming home to take a load off and that's what I strive to make you feel. If this all sounds good for you and you like low rent let's make it happen

2 of us work in Security/Law Enforcement and the other works in the tech field very smart guy. They're both about 38 and I'm 28. We're all easy going pretty chill. If there is any issue with anything just come to me we are all adults and can settle anything amicably.
