Hey everyone! My name is Nolan, I’m 24 years old, and I’m looking for a roommate to co-apply with me for an apartment at Velo Circleport in Erlanger, KY.

About Me:
I’m moving from Washington State to Kentucky for a new job opportunity and I’m super excited for the move. I’m pretty active and enjoy going to the gym, basketball, hiking, camping, skiing, video games, and getting involved in the community wherever I live.

During the week I’m pretty focused on work and usually wake up around 6am, and going to bed early, but on weekends I like going out, traveling, trying new places, or hanging with friends. And on Sundays I go to church.

I’m also really into sports cards, getting back into Pokémon, and I sing/play guitar. I’m currently working toward building a future in country music as well.

I’m also Catholic, and my faith is very important to my daily life and the way I build my home environment. I’m very respectful of others and get along with everyone! But I do value having a positive, faith-based, and respectful atmosphere in my home.

What I’m Looking For:
I’d love to find someone who’s career-focused, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. I’m not super strict about schedules or anything, just looking for someone responsible and chill to live with.

I also think communication matters a lot in a shared living space. One thing I’ve always liked doing is casual monthly roommate check-ins. For example, grabbing food/drinks and just making sure everything’s going well around the apartment and in life in general. Nothing serious or formal, just good communication and making sure the home environment stays solid for both people.

Guests are totally fine with me too! As long as we communicate and it’s not excessive.
