You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with full use of the kitchen and common areas. The home overlooks a wooded pond where ducks, geese, deer, and an occasional blue heron can often be seen. Upper and lower decks provide a peaceful place to relax, and the community pool is open through Labor Day.

The home is clean, comfortable, and filled with books and art—friends sometimes joke that it feels like a small bookstore. Living room is ideal for yoga / tai chi / etc. Echelon bike & a slide board also available. If a jigsaw enthusiast, the table is good for puzzles up to 2000 pieces. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included.

I'm a retired English professor and an early riser. I enjoy a quiet household. Unfortunately, because of allergies, I can't accommodate pets. We're close to I-71/75 and a rail line, so you'll occasionally hear traffic and trains, especially outdoors or with the windows open.
