anyone looking for a room to rent long term? we're in the old louisville area & asking $600 monthly for it. utilities (electric, water, internet) included in the price & there’s coin laundry in the basement. we're near some bus routes & theres permitted parking. current household is me, my husband, and 8 yr old daughter. the apartment is a 3 bed 2 bath, so it won’t feel crowded. we have cats & they're picky about other animals, so its preferred that you don't have pets. hoping for someone who understands that kids are kids & is willing to get to know us a little bit before moving in & do a background check, for safety reasons with the kiddo.
