Looking for someone to rent out my room for the summer! This is a 3-month sublease running from May through the end of July or early August. The house is shared with other college students, most of whom will be away during the summer, although one current roommate may still be living there. The house includes two full bathrooms, with one located directly across the hall from the room, as well as a fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, and sink. There is also a comfortable living room setup with a wide-screen TV, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a small backyard area that’s great for hanging out, and a driveway available for parking. The location is a major plus, as the house is right next to Kroger, Target, and Walmart, along with easy access to plenty of food spots and gas stations. It is also conveniently located right off the Watterson Expressway, making transportation simple. The neighborhood itself is quiet and low-key, with neighbors who look out for each other.
