I live in income based subsidized housing, I have a 3 bedroom it’s me and my 6 year old, I’m looking for a roommate to be on my lease, if you currently work rent is based on income if u do not work that’s perfectly fine too you will be rent free and only pay a portion of utilities which would average around 25 bucks when split and rent is very low in the program. Pets are not allowed, please be clean and organized and there is only a shared bathroom and kitchen. Looking for a chill respectable roommate who doesn’t mind being roommates with someone who has a child. We sleep at reasonable times in our place so no worries of noise late night. The room is a decent size for one person and it’s new and never has been used. Has a spacious closet as well. I keep our place peaceful and clean!!
