Shared Space

Clean Apt in a peaceful community close to UK, Richmond Rd restaurants & shops, & less than a mile from I-75. Space is already furnished except a bed. I do have a brand new air mattress in box & new bedding that could be utilized if you need and didn’t want to bring your own. There is no closet space, a dresser can be provided or you could bring your own dresser or portable clothing rack. Shared kitchen & BA so looking for someone that’s respectful of keeping their part clean. All dishes/ cookware provided, just ask you bring your own towels. Laundry Mat & Pool on site. There is a small, non-shedding, hypoallergenic service dog in the apt that is super sweet & quiet. No other animals please- may consider small female dog if meet & greet is good w/ mine. prefer working professionals; I work mainly 11am-8 pm & some later nites 5 days/ wk so hardly home. Deposit & Prorated Rent Due upon move-in. Must stay 90 days minimum
