Includes off street parking and laundry access. Plenty of kitchen & refrigerator space. Enjoy use of my fully equipped kitchen and full run of the house, including porch and deck with outdoor dining table, swing and hammock

Utilities are included. Also includes gigabit wi-fi.

Refundable deposit is $500. Background check is required.
