Furnished bedroom with private bath available in a spacious, family-sized home with plenty of room for me and two other housemates (in their 30's and 40's). Great situation for students or commuting professionals, etc. But anyone is welcome.

$695 for 12.5 x 12.5 bedroom fully furnished as pictured, with firm Tempurpedic king bed, chest of drawers, chair, side table, lamps, and work desk. You supply your own bedsheets, pillows, towels, etc. Includes newly remodeled private bath and off-street parking.
