Roommate wanted

I am a 32 year old female professional looking for a roommate to split cost of living with. I work M-F and have two cats. I'm very quiet, clean , respectful and relaxed. I am a huge believer in everyone having their space so the spare room would be 100% your space (I wouldn't go in there under any circumstances).

There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. The shared space would be the kitchen and living room. The bathroom would be shared, but you would have your half of under the sink and in the closet for your own stuff.

When I'm not working, I'm honestly either watching TV of some sort, gaming or occasionally going out with friends and even then, I'm home by nine or 10.

I am 100% OK with you having family or friends over. It is where you live and you definitely deserve to hang out with people in your place. I would just like to ask for a heads up so I can make sure to not be in your way and that they would be respectful of the apartment in general.

It is 100% OK if you vape inside but if you smoke cigarettes or other leafy greens, I would like you to smoke either outside or in your car just so the apartment and the furniture doesn't smell. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks!
