Furnished. The house has 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs plus 'study room/guest room' (small bedroom but with closet and small balcony). Both upstairs bedrooms have window AC units as an addition to the central H&AC system.
Downstairs is the largest room, furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom.
The laundry room with W&D is in the basement.
There is a small private backyard accessible from the kitchen.
A very good location to get to all Universities/colleges.
The shopping center is in walking distance (Kroger, Target, Rapid Medical and more), good parking all the time.
$550 per room/month plus utility to share (water&sewer, gas&electric), I pay internet.
Deposit $800 refundable if there are no damages and left clean.
Cats OK, no dogs, no reptiles, no birds.
