Private Bedroom and Bathroom Availble!

Looking for a Lease Takeover for a Private Bedroom and Ensuite through July 2027. Move in date is flexible.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment near NKU, and a short drive from Newport, Fort Thomas, Downtown Cincinnati, Clifton, and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Rent is $859/mo with a $35/mo utility fee (high-speed wifi included). The bedroom has a key to lock its door, a large walk-in closet and a full attached bathroom. Both roommates have seperate leases and electric will be split with them by the landlord.

Roommates have busy schedules with work and school, so they’re in and out throughout the week. They're both female students at NKU. There are also two pets in the apartment—a very relaxed cat that roams common areas and a guinea pig that stays in a private room.

Living room/dining area is furnished so all you need to bring is bedroom furniture. Other features include a private parking lot, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and private patio with a storage room and a nice view. Community amenities include grills, hammocks, hiking trail and fire pit area.
