Furnished/Non-Furnished Bedroom

I have fully furnished and non furnished rooms available in my home located close to KU Med, Westport, Plaza area. This is a great spot for a young professional or serious student looking for a nice relaxing home in a residential neighborhood. The three available rooms are upstairs which has its own bathroom but none of them are currently occupied. I am open to the full upstairs being rented as its own space but would need to discuss further.

The rest of the home is a shared space available for use except my room which is located on the first floor. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and are respectful. I just purchased a new stove, washer, and dryer that are available for use. There is a front patio and large back deck. There is plenty of storage space in the basement and off street parking is available. This price does not include utilities except for wifi. That averages to about $150 or so a month. I do require a security deposit of one months rent so 1500 up front to move in.
