I am a professional self employed female who enjoys to go out occasionally to the movies and to eat out. I would describe myself as an introvert but willing to socialize with roommates when we are up to it.

I live in a 3 bed rm 2.5 bath single family home in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

The room available is fully furnished and includes a smart tv with internet. Roommate will have access to the laundry room, large kitchen, large backyard with on street parking.
The beauty of the property is that it is a HOUSE so no neighbors that share walls, large patio for entertaining your friends and currently 1 roommate so its not crowded and loud like it would be with apartment living.

I have 1 small breed female (9 lbs) hypoallergenic 3yr old dog who is super friendly.
