The Household & Pets: You will be sharing the house with me, my brother, and my daughter. We maintain a quiet, predictable household as two of us are disabled. We also have 2 incredibly sweet, resident Emotional Support Animals (dogs). Because of this, you MUST be dog-friendly. Due to space and the needs of our current animals, no additional pets are allowed.

Location: Highly convenient area, especially for students! Walking distance or a very short drive to both Newman University and Friends University.

Financials: $400/month rent + 50% of shared utilities (electric, gas, water, internet). Move-in requires a background/reference check payable by tenant, and a refundable $250 security deposit. Available August 31, 2026.
