Private Bedroom, Bath & Office Room

The upstairs is essentially yours — private bedroom, private bathroom, and a second bonus room to use however you need it: home office, studio, creative space, etc. The rest of the home is fully furnished so you can move in light. Full kitchen with an additional chest freezer, washer and dryer in-unit, backyard, and garage parking included. The home has a whole-house water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water.

All utilities covered in rent — electric, gas, water, and wifi.

Located on Wichita's west side, about 20 minutes from WSU.

Just myself, I'm 24 and work from home in digital marketing. My setup is mostly in the basement, so you'd have the entire upstairs essentially to yourself. I'll be around and up in the kitchen and living spaces regularly, but I'm pretty independent and keep to myself for the most part.
Regular schedule, up around six to seven in the morning and down by ten to eleven at night. I cook often, so you'll see me in the kitchen, but the living room is mostly yours. I work out regularly and spend a lot of time outdoors — science nerd, big into nature.

Looking for someone clean and respectful of shared spaces. I'd like to agree on a light cleaning schedule for the kitchen and common areas when you move in, nothing rigid, just keeping things comfortable for both of us. Guests are welcome, just no large gatherings. No smoking anywhere on the property.

Cold-blooded pets (reptiles, fish) welcome with prior approval. No warm-blooded pets.
