Master bedroom with bathroom and closet

Renting out the master bedroom with master bathroom and closet. Closet has built in drawers and shelves. Access to Laundry Room, Kitchen, Backyard (Fenced in), and Common areas. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, but not a quiet place. I’m a 24 yr old white female. I currently work nights. I’m a PC gamer, and a big fan of DnD. I have 2 cats. Sooty and Poki. Poki takes a min to warm up, and gets sick easily. Sooty is a love bug and an absolute menace to society. Both are long hairs. My Grandpa lives next door, he along with other family and friends visit often. I’m not a fan of cusing, alcohol, or smoking.
