Unfurnished Bedroom Private Bathroom Bills Paid

I have an unfurnished bedroom with private bathroom next to bedroom with all bills paid including wifi available in a peaceful community just outside Wichita. Its 10 mins. from New Market Square, 2 mins from Walmart and Dillons. There is an office/craft room, living room, kitchen/dining room, laundry room all of which you have full access to. I am a 2nd shift worker so I will be gone from 1 to midnight. If you work days you would be home alone most of the time. I have 3 senior chihuahuas that sleep most of the time so you must be an animal lover. I keep a tidy home and would insist that you keep your area tidy as well. I do smoke but I don't drink. I can be social but I do have and respect boundaries. I am single and its rare I have guests. I don't mind guests (2 max) but overnight visits would have to be discussed ahead of time. I love to cook and don't hate the idea of sharing food cost but I also don't mind keeping things separate. Other household essentials would be separate. I would like to be able to set up a chore agreement but nothing too crazy. Im easy going.
