So i wonder if there's a female looking for a room with a steady income, has your own car or transportation arrangements, likes the quiet life, few visitors, gamer a bonus, to live and be friends with an indoor only cat owner that likes a nice fairly quiet atmosphere (I'm more introverted). It's more quiet then i expected and thought if im lucky find a friend and roommate to share it with.
I have a room available. Rent can be negotiated based on how we decide to split things and whatnot. I have private water, septic, and propane so few bills which is nice but a few things to be mindful of because of that. I have a barn that can double as a carport.
