Hey all! My name is Jeffrey! I'm 22 and I'm studying electrical engineering at WSU and am looking for somebody to split rent with me. Previous roommate graduated and moved to start his career, leaving me in a townhome. You'd be paying around $650-$675 a month with utilities and such and I'm pretty close to WSU which is a plus. It's a townhome at Cross Creek and has 1.5 bathrooms and I have everything but the spare room furnished. If you're serious about finding a roommate, let me know! At minimum you'd be staying for a year as my lease ends next July.
My friends would say that I'm pretty down to earth and easy to get along with. Cleanliness is a big one for me so shared spaces are something I do my part to keep tidy. Feel free to reach out and we can chat some more in-person and talk business!
