Roommate wanted! $500 deposit, rent is $500 per month, this also covers the cost of utilities, plus high speed internet with unlimited data. All common areas are shared, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, fenced backyard with large deck. Bedroom has been upgraded with newly installed ceiling fan, blinds and curtains. Bedroom also comes with a two door mini fridge/freezer. We have newly upgraded washer, dryer, fridge, deep freezer, stove, and microwave, plus lots of other appliances!

House is located close to shopping and restaurants in a nice neighborhood. We are not a party house! We are a household of good natured goofballs, mostly introverted, but social. We keep things very low key and drama free. The house operates on a day shift schedule, so we are trying to find more of the same.

Pets are welcome, as long as they get along with ours and aren't destructive. There are currently dogs and cats living here, so anyone interested must be animal friendly.
