Room for rent in Shawnee

I am a homeowner in Shawnee looking for a quiet, clean roommate. I have a big, quiet dog who gets along with everyone and every animal. I also have two cats who rule his life. I have a few different rooms to rent on the second floor, but I only want one roommate. I have furnishings in these rooms for guests right now, but I could move them to the basement if you want to bring your own furniture. I also have some Legos and other things in one of the rooms that I would move out for sure if I got a roommate. I am open to other quiet pets in the house if they get along with others. Backyard for your dog and/or gardening. I would share the two car garage. Laundry room on the first floor. Google fiber internet. Main living space used primarily for board games or big meals with friends or family. Smaller room used as the living room with sectionals and a tv. There is a bathroom on the second floor (shower/tub combo) you would have mostly to yourself, unless I had a guest staying in the other room upstairs. It is a little ugly and I would love to tear the wallpaper off and repaint, but have not gotten to that, as I never use that bathroom. I am allergic to many perfumes, so I would like a roommate who can keep any scented candles/sprays in their own room only. I would also ask that only unscented laundry supplies be used.
