Seeking mature minded professional. My beautiful 2 Story nearly new Lenexa home has 2 levels. It’s currently fully furnished. Which is flexible depending upon length of stay. Available is the large lower level walkout with its own large patio. Can make furniture adjustments for longer lease.
1. Queen bed room set with chest of drawer, 2 nightstands, upholstered lounge chair w/ottoman with walk-in closet.
2. Private full bath. (Has 2 vanities but only use one as there's an adjacent bedroom for guest use only or owner may convert to exercise room later.
3. Private large tv/theatre family room with seating.
4. Private large recreational room currently with 8 ft pool table with seating area by double windows for relaxation or reading and refrigerator.
5. Another alcove that would be ideal for a small desk.
6. Walkout to private large patio.
The backyard is fully fenced and bedrooms have custom blinds. Would share a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. My neighborhood is safe and quiet with many young professionals with small children right outside. Some retired people sprinkled into the mix. I'm an older female, life & health insurance agent, artist, non smoker, non drinker except for special occasion. I do have a small breed dog who's adorable.
