Renting room out in large updated home

Hello! I am renting my room out in my home in Roeland Park, KS about 10 minutes from downtown KC that I am moving out of soon. I live with 3 female roommates in their 20s who are very clean, kind, and friendly, one is a nurse and the other two are in school for healthcare. The house is very large and updated with a huge backyard, sun room, large kitchen, and the bedroom has 2 big windows allowing natural light. I was able to fit a queen bed, dresser, accent chair and vanity easily in the space, and the closet is large and spacious. The bathroom is right outside of the bedroom and is shared with 2 other roommates, but it is big enough that is has never been a problem. It is in a safe and established neighborhood that is very walkable with lots of food options around. Unfortunately I have to move out due to my dog not getting along with my roommates, but I am sad to be leaving and love the home and area. My lease started last June and goes until June 2026, but you could choose to resign if you are wanting to stay long term after June 2026. I am willing to negotiate the rent price or move in date as needed. You can move in as soon as you are needing or within the next few months as well. Also want to clarify that the house is furnished but the bedroom will be empty.
