I am moving out of my apartment. The room is a short walk to University Ave, perfect for students. Available on Oct 28th, but lease is flexible until December 1st- August of 2022. In addition to a fully furnished room, I am leaving behind a brand new pots and pans, three-tiered storage bins, silverware, 6 foot lamp, cleaning supplies, and more. My roommate is barely here as she is at school most days or out with friends. She’s very quiet and a clean person. There are plenty of outlets around the apartment, and plenty of storage. It is a shared bathroom but roommate and I respect each other’s space. No pets or smoking please. Laundry is in building, there is an elevator. Renters insurance is needed if there is not a guarantor on your part. You are signing your own individual lease with the complex, so you are only responsible for your own bills and not the roommates. My roommate has requested females preferred please. Great location and great price!
