We have a private upstairs bedroom available May 1st in our quiet, shared home. We're two older adults who enjoy a calm, comfortable space and a respectful, easygoing household. Our home isn't fancy - it's older and a bit lived in, but it's a peaceful place to relax.

Rent is $935/month and includes all utilities and cable & internet, so there are no extra bills to manage. There's a shared 1.5 bath, furnished common areas, some storage and backyard access to Green River Trail.

We're hoping to find someone who is mature, considerate and enjoys a low-key lifestyle. This tends to be a great fit for someone who values a quiet, predictable routine. No smoking, drugs, alcohol or additional pets. You'll also need to be comfortable with stairs and enjoy living with a friendly cat.
