Furnished room+bath in large updated house w/ AC

Comfortable room with your own full bathroom on first floor in 3k sq ft house with several living spaces. The room has a queen-sized memory foam bed, a dresser, large TV, nightstands, wardrobe for hanging clothes, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Upstairs, you’ll find a big chef’s kitchen, laundry room, dining space, another living room, and access to the backyard—all shared areas. The other bathrooms/bedrooms are upstairs as well, away from your space.

Roomy 1: 42. I am the house “manager” (term used veryyy loosely). Much of my time/energy is spent working from home supporting a non-profit. In my down time I will gladly play Mario Kart with you. Adult coloring books? Yes please. The more swearing, the better. Also slowly learning embroidery.

Roomy 2 (he/him): early 50s, in the tech field. Some hobbies are puzzles, trivia, history, photography and LEGO. Learning how to play the guitar. Likes board games. Works standard Mon-Fri “banking hours” out of the house.

Roomy 3 (he/him): 39, works two jobs and is rarely home. Interests: plants (the house is adorned in many of his potted plant friends), cooking, photography, racing video games, being outside.

The canine: 18mo GSD is very sweet and silly. He’s still figuring out how large he is, so, if you’re fearful of big dogs this might not be a good fit? We do have references available for him, from past housemates. He often goes with me or is contained out of the way when I’m out. Unfortunately, he is not cat-friendly.

Household in general - We like to keep common areas tidy, especially the kitchen. Yes, cook your food and eat it, and then please handle your cooking dishes before leaving the house for the day or going to sleep for the night.

We all have our own lives but occasionally will have an impromptu game night. Mariokart, Mario Party.. Board games are a big interest. Blokus, Ab-duck-tion, Scrabble to name a few. Some housemates in the past have joined in for social house games and some preferred to keep to themselves. Both are valid and welcomed here.
