Looking for preferably two roommates to split a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with us at Edgewood Park Apartments. We haven?t moved into the 2-bedroom yet, so we don?t have pictures of the space, but we?re looking to newly move into this place on Feb. 7th with our new roommates. There is no tour model of this floor plan, and we won't be able to tour the place until the landlord gets keys back from the current residents on Feb. 1st. We have recently realized that our floor plan is fairly similar to the floor plan of the apartment or planning on moving into, just with a couple extra rooms, so if y'all seem like a good fit, we are willing to show you our place to give an idea of the apartment or moving into. We?re looking to meet and spend a little time with someone before committing to the lease together, since we?re looking to sign a 1-year lease.

Rent will be $2075 for the apartment that we've reserved, utilities not included, so split evenly between two couples, would be $1037.50 before add-ons and utilities. Parking spaces and pet rent are extra, but expect $25 per pet per month and $35 per parking space per month. (Uncovered parking is $35, but covered parking is $45.) Complex has 2 swimming pools, a gym, in-unit laundry, larger laundry available by coin machines (but we only have to use the coin laundry for comforters). 930 square feet. We'll split the $250 security deposit with our new roommates, since we'll all be responsible for keeping the place clean and stuff from getting broken. However, there is a $46 application fee from the apartment complex. You will need to have your application in to the complex and approved before you can move in.

We?re a married MF couple, but we?re both bi, so very LGBT+ friendly (preferred even, since usually those are our favorite people). He works in German customer service but wants to work in environmental sciences. She works professionally with cats and dogs but wants to work as a full-time independent artist. We like video games, board games, anime, nature, camping, and soccer.

No smoking of any kind inside the apartment. We can discuss who brings what furniture, since we?ve furnished an apartment that suits us, but we don?t have a dining table set.

If you bring pets, we'll split the $250 pet deposit with you, but there will be a $300 non-refundable fee from the apartment per pet. We have two cats, and we?ve gotten approval for additional pets in the bigger space, but we?ll have to clear how many and what kinds of pets with the landlord on a case-by-case basis. I?ve worked professionally with cats for 3 years, so I?ll be able to assist with any pet-to-pet introductions. With us moving in all at the same time, it?ll just be that much smoother to introduce them.

Moondance is a 9-year-old DSH black who loves all humans, but she needs time to get used to other pets, usually a week or two. Patchouli is a 3-year-old DLH orange milk tabby who likes all cats, is curious about dogs, but he needs some time to get used to new people and places. Once he gets to know you, he can be just as cuddly as Moondance. They?re both raw and canned fed, so they don?t shed very much If you have cats, clay litter, crystal litter, and dry food are deal-breakers. On the other side, if you use a plant-based litter and feed canned/raw, she can get you food and litter at a discount from her job.

The apartment complex is on the bus routes for 245 and 271, and the 226 is an 8-minute walk away. QFC across the street, Wal-Mart is available minutes away by car or by the 245. One bus access to Bellevue Transit Center, Issaquah Transit Center, Bellevue College, University of Washington, University District, Factoria, Crossroads, Kirkland Transit Center, and Overlake Transit Center.
