Looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom, i have 4 dogs that live with me so must like/handle dogs. I have all of basic amenities like washer, dryer, stove/oven, air fryer, wifi. House has a shared bathroom. Whoever was to move in needs to supply thier own stuff for room (bed, dressers, etc.) Bedroom has a halfish walk in closet. Decent sized yard with back sitting area, also theres a nice porch on front of house. Theres local restaurants in the area most within walking distance (mexican food place, dairy queen, subway), along with dollar general market and normal dollar general and family dollar. Local lakes close to area too. Room rent would cost $850/month with $850 deposit, all utilities included in that price. Must have solid job history and is a clean person. I work 8-5 tues-sat. And off sundays and mondays. Im a easy going guy just looking to help someone out.
