The room is on the third floor of the home. There is a loft next to the room that is also currently unused and we can discuss the use of it if extra space is needed.
Bathroom is right next to the bedroom and the shower will be shared with the person living on the ground floor. Laundry is also on same floor.

Common Shared Spaces on second floor contain TV, Couches, lots of Kitchen space and a gourmet kitchen if you enjoy cooking! Dishwasher, Large Fridge, Gas Range Oven! There is a dining area and a balcony with a great view. The home gets lots of sun throughout the day and has large windows so the views are always great!
