Moving out of a house of my highschool friends as I recently found an apartment with my partner. The house is right near downtown Indy on 1406 Montcalm st. The house has 6 other members ages 19-24 all reliable on rent and the house stays clean. Rent is $371 utilities are $85. There is music that is played in the house as the guys are a band. Hard to hear from the room. There are 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs and a full kitchen. The room is the 2nd biggest in the house and has access to the upstairs bathroom and living room.
