Three private, single-occupancy furnished rooms are available in a shared Indianapolis home beginning October 12, 2026. Monthly prices are $575, $750, and $800 based on room size. Electricity, gas, water, trash service, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Each bedroom will be furnished with a full-size bed, desk, and secure bedroom-door lock before move-in.

Residents share a furnished living room, kitchen, one full bathroom, and on-site laundry. The home also offers off-street driveway parking, central air, a fenced yard, and exterior security cameras.

The initial agreement term is six months. A $500 security deposit and $25 application fee apply. A free phone pre-screen is completed before the formal application. Background screening, identity verification, and income verification are required. Single occupancy only. No smoking, illegal substances, pets, or unauthorized overnight guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Renovations are currently underway. The bedroom and living-room photos show the spaces during the renovation process. All bedrooms and shared areas will be fully furnished before move-in. Final finishes and furnishings may vary, and updated photos will be added as work is completed.
