The 3rd floor suite has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, desk, television, closet, and a zen room for meditation. The bathroom is roomy with a shower and a soaking tub. There is a small sitting area in the kitchenette, which has a microwave and a small refrigerator. There is a balcony with a hot tub and a view of Downtown Indianapolis. There is a shared full-sized kitchen on the first floor and laundry on the 2nd floor. Parking is on the street. The house has security cameras on the exterior. Each room has a keypad lock with access code.
Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and laundry, and cleaning up after themselves in the common spaces. A housekeeper comes in every other week for spot cleaning in the common spaces and plants are maintained weekly. Tenants must allow access to their spaces by the property manager.
