Quiet living on east side of Indianapolis

This home is on the east side of Indianapolis. There is a four bedroom ranch. There is one large room available for $600 a month. The room includes a queen size bed with a foam mattress. Large dresser with mirror on it. 40 inch TV mounted on the wall. A small computer desk with a computer on it. One nice recliner. The house is fully furnished. There is a washer and dryer and two living rooms. There was a large fenced in backyard. All utilities are paid by the owner and there are four streaming movie channel. That is also paid by the owner. We are looking for someone that is a clean and neat person and that will pick up after themselves, especially in the kitchen when they’re done cooking. Your room is your room. You can do what you want in there. There is one resident Cat named monkey. He is very old and we’re not sure how long he’s gonna be around. If you are clean and neat and common sense person, this could be a good fit for you. Everyone in the house now gets along very well and there is no drama. This is a drama free house and it will always be that way. There is an interview process. We don’t just let anybody in here. Thank you.
