2 rooms available May 29th in a shared home on the northeast side of Indianapolis near Pendleton Pike, Mass Ave, and quick access to 465. Currently unfurnished as I am closing on this house on the 28th and don't have furniture yet, but I do plan to remedy this.

$800/month includes utilities and high-speed internet.

Room 1 is 11'6" x 10' with two windows and corner placement for extra privacy.
Room 2 is 13'5" x 13'7" with a larger layout and one window

I’m a working professional geologist with a mix of WFH and travel. The house is generally clean, relaxed, and low-drama. Not a party house, but occasional gatherings and friends visiting would be nice.

Looking for roommates who are respectful, financially stable, communicative, and comfortable in a calm shared living environment. Inclusive household, meaning, if you support the current regime we won't get along and you should look else where.
