Quiet cul-de-sac on East side

The house is a four bedroom ranch. This bedroom was one of the smallest rooms that’s why it’s only $400 a month. It consist of a single bed with a $3000 mattress very comfortable has a TV mounted on the wall and a dresser with a closet. The room is purple. I hope you like purple. The house is fully furnished. I pay all the utilities and Internet and I pay for five streaming channels. There are two living rooms each have a big screen TV in it. There is a washer and dryer and a big backyard Fenced in. We do have one resident cat which his name is monkey. There are three residents that live there now a 33 year-old male which is from England the country and a 23 year-old female. The third resident is my mother I just moved her up from Florida and she is 78 years young and monkey is her cat normally I don’t have any pets at the rental house but my mom is an exception. This is a very quiet place with no drama. Everyone picks up after themselves. I have put a lot of time and effort to make this a great place to live and not anybody gets in here.
