Hiya ! Looking for a female to take over my lease in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I will be moving in December as i graduate and will need to relocate for work. I have the bigger room with a walk-in closet and bathroom with two sinks! Parking is available in a covered garage. It’s a 3 minute drive and 14 minute walk from IUI/PUI campus. Im happy to share details about the lease. The garage and bills and also negotiate the rent! See images attached ! There is a process to formally take over my lease with my building manager and there is no fees ( i incure all lease take over/ sublease fees)
