Roommate Wanted

My husband and I are moving and want a roommate to join us! The apartment is a total of 1,495sqft with an in-unit washer/dryer and patio/balcony. Theres a large pool, outdoor lounge area, dog park, etc.

The bedroom for rent is 14.6"x11.8" with a closet and a guest bathroom that will primarily be your bathroom.
The living room, kitchen, office/spare bed, and laundry room are all considered shared spaces of course. We're 100% open to figuring out how we would want to sort out storage spaces like the outdoor storage, fridge/cabinet space, chemical/cleaning products closet.

You would of course have access to our Wi-Fi, all cleaning products, and we love to make large dinners for get togethers/kickbacks on the weekends that you would be more than welcome to join.

The office/spare bedroom (pull-out couch bed) is of course welcome to use for if you have guests/family visiting. There is a closet in there for guests' things, and you or your guests are more than welcome to add/make an account on the computer or to set up your own space in there; if you already have a computer/work from home.

We have a long-haired chihuahua and a black cat. Both are very quiet and timid, so they keep pretty much to themselves. We don't mind if you also have a pet, but the complex charges a $30 monthly pet fee and an initial $400 pet fee at move in.

The initial move in cost is a $50 application fee, $100 deposit, and first month's rent, plus pet charges if applicable.
Rent would be around $425 bi-weekly or $850 monthly so your initial cost for move-in day would be around $1,050 and we are more than willing help you split it into two separate payments and receive $525 initially and $525 on the 15th of that month.
This is also the highest it could possibly be and we are more than willing to be flexible. It will more than likely be cheaper.

We like to keep a clean space but not like "you need to wash your dishes immediately" type of thing. If you have pets, we expect you clean up after them and make sure they have their own amenities. We don't mind guests being over, and we want open communication for all of us to let each other know when we plan on having multiple people over at once or a party type of situation or if we plan on having the office used as a guest room. It is expected that everyone cleans up after their own guests/events in a timely manner and we plan on having a calendar up to be able to mark when we have said events so that things can be cleaned up accordingly.
