Looking for 2 (maybe 3) roommates

Rent adjusts according to number of people living in the house, so can go cheaper. In the summer, rent can further be adjusted by mowing the lawn.

2-story house includes a living room with a treadmill, full kitchen, laundry room, and loft (would be turned into social space). Outside there 4 garden beds (2 in picture, 2 on the side of the house). Location is about 4 miles north of I-70, east of Indianapolis 465 loop. House located in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks. Driving required to get to stores.

Current roommate enjoys video games and music, while teaching piano lessons up to 2 hours a week in total. Ambivert so can be social or not, up to you. Enjoys all kinds of food, especially asian foods. Meals would preferably take turns between all roommates. At least 1 face-to-face meeting, a background check, and proof of income or a bank statement.
